Chanchal Enterprises

 

These Terms & Conditions govern all transactions, sales, and services provided by Chanchal Enterprises. By placing an order or making a payment, the customer agrees to the terms mentioned below.

 

 

1. Business Nature

 

 

Chanchal Enterprises deals in the sale and wholesale of readymade garments and related products. All products are subject to availability.

 

 

2. Orders and Acceptance

 

 

  • Orders can be placed via phone, WhatsApp, invoice, payment link, or in person.

  • An order is considered confirmed only after payment is received or mutually agreed credit terms are approved.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

 

 

3. Pricing

 

 

  • All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Prices may vary for retail and wholesale customers.

  • GST and other applicable taxes will be charged as per government rules (if applicable).

 

 

 

4. Payment Terms

 

 

We accept payments through:

 

  • UPI

  • Bank transfer

  • Authorized payment gateways

 

 

For wholesale customers, credit terms (if any) must be agreed upon in advance. Late payments may lead to order suspension.

 

 

5. Shipping and Delivery

 

 

  • Delivery timelines depend on order quantity and location.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or transport providers.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once the goods are handed over to the transporter.

 

 

 

6. Return and Exchange

 

 

  • Goods once sold will not be returned or exchanged except in case of:

    • Manufacturing defects

    • Wrong product delivered

  •  

  • Any claim must be made within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (photos/video).

  • Used, damaged, or altered items are not eligible for return.

 

 

 

7. Refund Policy

 

 

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • No refund will be provided for bulk or wholesale orders unless agreed in writing.

 

 

 

8. Product Quality

 

 

We make every effort to supply quality products. Minor color or design variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or batch differences.

 

 

9. Limitation of Liability

 

 

Chanchal Enterprises shall not be liable for:

 

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Business loss due to delay in delivery

  • Misuse of products after delivery

 

 

 

10. Fraud Prevention

 

 

We reserve the right to:

 

  • Verify any transaction

  • Cancel suspicious orders

  • Report fraudulent activity to banks or authorities

 

 

 

11. Governing Law

 

 

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Saraikella Kharsawan, Jharkhand courts only.
